As parents raise their children, they often ponder how to support their kids in achieving physical and intellectual growth. Additionally, they may wonder how to ensure their children have productive and enjoyable experiences while strengthening family bonds.
The 'Mommy and Me!' dance workshop is a collaboration between VCCA and Kinergie Studio that offers mothers and children an enjoyable and valuable experience through body movement games.
In addition, participating in dance activities can benefit both mothers and children by improving their understanding, stimulating imagination, and nurturing creativity in children. It can also help children better understand and take care of their bodies, leading to increased openness and confidence in themselves. The workshop activities will also encourage children to interact with others, emphasizing the importance of listening, sharing, and caring for those around them.

Kinergie Studio was created by Do Hoang Thi Ngoc and Tran Hoang Long, both experienced dancers, with the aim of bringing contemporary dance and ballet closer to the community and nurturing young artistic talent through training, workshops, performances, and collaborations with both Vietnamese and international artists. Kinergie Studio has produced several contemporary dance projects and notable collaborations such as "Wood Man" (2015), "Water" (2016), "SENse" (2017-2018), "NARROW" (2018-2019), "Les Quatre Couleurs" at the Balade en France Festival hosted by the French Embassy, "L'ego" (2020) and "A Wo|man" (2022)...
