WORKSHOP "VAN GOGH'S ART AS MATERIAL FOR FUTURE"
Characterized by the thick, thick brush lines and the use of color that evoke intense emotions, Van Gogh's painting has a strong vitality and so far continues to be a source of creative inspiration in many areas.
At 10 AM on March 23rd, 2019, Vincom Center for Contemporary Art (VCCA) and Erato School of Music and Performing Arts (ESMPA) will be running the workshop "Van Gogh's art as material for future" where children of ages 5-15yrs will enjoy fun and surprising art.
During the workshop, the children will be able to participate in the journey to discover Van Gogh's art world in a new and interesting way. They will take images from the original paintings of Van Gogh as independent modules (such as flowers, jars...) to make collage, generating their own ideas into new art work.
