“Die Zauberflöte" (The Magic Flute) - W.A.Mozart is known as one of the most beloved operasin the world. With bright, attractive and beautiful melodies throughout the play, "The MagicFlute" has gone beyond the borders of classical music and gradually become familiar to the public, for example, the Queen of the Night's aria "Der Hölle Rache" or the chorus "Das Klingetso herrlich". The opera has a fairy-tale quality, a charming, humorous, and joyful story that also serves as a metaphor for many profound moral and philosophical ideas and perspectives.

Having been introduced to Vietnamese audiences many times with grand staging andrenowned performers, "The Magic Flute" will appear this time in a new and more accessible format, an experimental version from the Opera và Thanh nhạc cổ điển community.

“The Magic Flute” will be performed as a concert- opera (without staging), blending narration and shortening the length of the work. The performance will retain the most captivating and iconic musical excerpts, all accompanied by piano, offering a streamlined yet immersive experience. Notably, the script is completely rewritten based on the old story with the writing of young writerHiền Trang. The narration is entirely in Vietnamese, the singers will sing the original German with bilingual Vietnamese

- English subtitles.

Plot: Tamino, the main character of "The Magic Flute" this time, is an artificial intelligence musician, a robot chosen to embark on a strange journey to rescue another robot, Ms. Pamina. Aversion where the Queen of the Night and the Sun God Sarastro are fictionalized as greatscientists, with an infinite vision of the future of technology. A version where machines can compose, pray, and love.

The experimental version of “The Magic Flute” is not unfamiliar, but rather approachable andengaging for anyone navigating a world that evolves daily with advanced technology. At the sametime, the work explores intriguing and odd aspects of the relationship between computers and humanity.
